How to stress less in the workplace


Stress sucks. It overwhelms us when enduring a hellish commute, it keeps us up at night when finances are not where we want them to be, and it grips our heart when unexpected setbacks turn our everyday routines upside down.

Although stress is something we experience to some extent throughout our day, are we actually taking feasible steps to combating it and conquering it in an emotionally intelligent way?
